Here’s our latest bi-weekly update on development and community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters and followers!

Product Development:

  1. MEMO Middleware — Completed The MEMO Middleware, developed by Memolabs, is a distributed storage extension platform designed for developers and enterprises. It offers a reliable and permanent data storage solution supporting MEFS and IPFS storage systems. With customizable pay packages, price setting, and querying capabilities, it provides flexible storage services.

Recent Progress:

  • Significant refinement of key modules, including storage and control components.
  • Completion of the foundational structure for the Middleware platform.
  • Introduction of the Ethdrive file encryption feature.
  • Successful integration and testing of contracts to ensure accessibility.

2.MEMO DID — Completed and Updating MEMO DID focuses on Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs), which are unique identifiers providing individuals and organizations with control over their own trusted identifiers. DIDs leverage cryptographic proofs such as digital signatures to establish control.

Recent Progress:

  • Implementation of a multi-file upload feature to enhance functionality.
  • Thorough updates were made to the DID documentation for accuracy and relevance.
  • Incorporation of a database migration script to streamline the process.
  • Ongoing enhancements and updates to GO-DID and JS-DID components.

3. EthDrive — Completed and Online

ETHDrive is a decentralized storage application compatible with multiple large-scale networks such as ETH, Polygon, and Meter. It integrates functions such as cross-chain interaction, data fetch, and NFT minting.

Recent Progress:

  • Successful publication of version 0.23, marking a significant step forward.
  • Introduction of critical features like the unshare and delete functions for files, enhancing user control.
  • Ongoing efforts towards optimization and refining the overall user experience.
